Rosemary 1 branch stem removed
Method:1) Each octopus should be approximately 1# each
2) Ligthly season each of them with salt.
3) Place in an appropriate sized pan and cover tightly in foil
4) Cook at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
5) Allow to cool in its own liquid.
